The verified chapter structure
TEAM HORAY’s official Steam material describes a complete journey across six chapters. Across that campaign it lists more than 60 enemies and more than 10 unique bosses. Those totals are the reliable public framework; the official store page does not expose a complete table of current chapter names, rooms, rewards, and bosses.
The saved community boss archive is organized by Stages 1 through 5 and separately records Chapter 4 story encounters. That organization is useful for preparing recognizable encounters, but it should not be silently converted into an official six-row chapter table. Stage labels, story chapters, and the full-release chapter count are related progression views, not necessarily interchangeable names.
Archived encounter progression
The translated archive places Blackhand Mogdi, Ordner, and Haj under Stage 1. Lataka and Lerid appear under Stage 2, followed by Erma and Pantaxis under Stage 3. Ascard is the recorded Stage 4 boss, while Cobes, Kraz, and Qliphoth are grouped under Stage 5.
It also lists one mini boss for each of the first four stages: Skeleton Goat, Black Panther Assassin, Demonized Grimoire, and Spinning Rod Demon. The Chapter 4 story section separately records Prison Warden and Core. Core is described as invincible during its story encounter, so it should not be treated as a normal health-bar race.
| Archive segment | Recorded encounters | Evidence use |
|---|---|---|
| Stage 1 | Blackhand Mogdi, Ordner, Haj | Pattern recognition; translated names need live confirmation |
| Stage 2 | Lataka, Lerid | Alternate encounter planning |
| Stage 3 | Erma, Pantaxis | Multi-part and movement-pattern preparation |
| Stage 4 | Ascard | Chapter-dependent versions noted by the archive |
| Stage 5 | Cobes, Kraz, Qliphoth | Late encounter and bullet-pattern preparation |
| Chapter 4 story | Prison Warden, Core | Story encounters, not ordinary stage drops |
Prepare for a chapter, not one room
A chapter route tests ordinary waves, elites, resource decisions, and the boss at the end. Avoid building only for the final target if the setup cannot maintain safe clearing before it arrives. A coherent route needs enemy access, crowd control or separation, survival, and a way to use boss recovery windows.
Preserve inventory flexibility early. An Artifact that fills awkward cells may solve the current room but prevent a later core and Tablet relationship. As the route becomes clearer, consolidate around one trigger and remove pieces that do not contribute to survival, access, damage, or economy.
Boss preparation by stage
Stage 1 records include a two-phase boss, a bomb-pattern boss, and Haj’s three separate eyes. Those encounters teach phase recognition, floor awareness, and target priority. Do not commit a long animation until the pattern leaves a clear lane.
Later records increase movement and projectile pressure. Lataka uses concentric or fan barrages, rocks, and summons; Pantaxis adds wall movement, invulnerability, projectiles, a rotating laser, and a charge. Cobes teleports into blade pressure, Kraz combines fast wide patterns, and Qliphoth is documented as a dense bullet-hell encounter.
Permanent progress between chapter attempts
Sapphires earned in the dungeon support Destiny Inscription outside the run. The tree can open weapons, Artifacts, Talent Points, inventory improvements, and other options. Decide whether the next attempt needs a new tool or better access to a familiar route before spending.
Some community records connect chapter progress to additional unlocks. A captured Staff video requires completion of the fourth chapter before its training path, and the Costume archive associates Fairy of Fortune with completing Chapter 4: Fragment. These are version-sensitive community records, so current node and unlock text should be checked before treating them as requirements.
What is not verified
This research archive does not contain a complete official list of all six current chapter names, every room sequence, a fixed number of encounters per chapter, or official drop rates. It also does not establish that every Stage label in the translated boss archive maps one-to-one onto the six chapters described at full release. Those gaps are left visible rather than filled with names inferred from old videos.
Use the boss page for detailed archived patterns and the Secret Rooms page for wall-scanning routines. For live progress, the current client and TEAM HORAY announcements take priority over an older community table. That keeps route guidance useful without turning incomplete evidence into a false campaign map.
